LE117-RD Elite is a single-beam red laser aiming device developed and manufactured by Holosun. It is designed to be used as a passive aiming device in all weather and low-light conditions. Additionally, the visible laser beam often applies a "psychological" effect on the target when law enforcement agencies use it in dynamic, high-stress situations.
The product housing is precisely machined from grade 5 titanium alloy for unparalleled durability and reliability during everyday use. LE117 weighs only 190g and measures 87 x 45 x 34mm, making its dimensions optimal among comparable devices available on the market. It is also IP67 compliant, making it dust, splash, and water-resistant, withstanding kinetic shocks and impulses of up to 1000 g.

The utilized class IIIA laser emitter is power and windage/elevation adjustable. The device works in low <1 mW and high <5 mW energy modes. With 60 MOA of regulation range and 1/2 MOA per click, LE117 guarantees quick and accurate target acquisition in foul weather, smoke-filled, and low-light conditions.

A rubber cover secures the emitter from physical and field damage. The same goes for the rear-placed connector that attaches a dedicated gel button. The battery compartment and top-placed operating button also use a rubber to keep it in place and secure it from deterioration.
The rear large selector lever allows for quick and easy operation of power modes with wet hands and gloves. The device successfully operates in a -40°C to 51°C temperature range.

The power is provided by a single CR123 battery in a sealed compartment with front access and knurled, rubber band-secured screw cap.
